Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
Hair system appointments require 72 hours notice due to extended service time and preparation.
This policy is in place to respect appointment availability and ensure fair scheduling for all clients.
